Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the ABS India Club - Say Absolutely Yes to Learning! By joining our community, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 
1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 
2. Membership Eligibility

Our services are intended for everyone, including children. Parents or guardians must register on behalf of their children. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

 
3. Registration and Account Security

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

 
4. Fees and Payments

  • The monthly subscription information will be provided in the PLANS section of each class. These rates are subject to change at the club's discretion and may also be adjusted if the scope of the class changes. Any changes will be communicated in advance to all members.

  • You will receive a notification if the payments are due for the next sessions.

 
5. Cancellation and Refund

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Refunds will only be issued if a technical issue prevents access to the service and is not resolved within 7 days of reporting the issue.

  • In the case of duplicate charges, a refund will be processed for the additional amount.

  • If you were incorrectly billed due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued for the erroneous charges.

  • Refunds for quarterly subscriptions may be considered if canceled within 7 days of purchase, minus the cost of any months used.

  • In cases where services have not been rendered due to our fault, a prorated refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the subscription

6. Community Guidelines

To ensure a positive and supportive environment, all members must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Be respectful and considerate to all members.

  • No bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour will be tolerated.

  • Stay on topic and contribute positively to discussions.

  • Do not share personal information or engage in any activities that violate the privacy of others.

 
7. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you post in our community. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the community.

  • You agree not to post any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

 
8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms or engage in any behaviour that is harmful to the community.

 
9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 
10. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website and, where possible, by providing direct notice to you. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our services.

 
12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

 
13. Governing Law

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
